Refund & Return Policy (India)

At Moonstone Bloom, each piece is thoughtfully made and carefully handled. As a print-on-demand luxury brand, we follow a strict quality-first approach to ensure every order meets our standards.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

To initiate a request, please contact us at moonstonebloomctb@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size or fit issues

  • Color variations (minor differences may occur due to lighting/screens)

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse

We strongly recommend checking the size chart before placing an order.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once production has started, cancellations are not possible

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If a return is approved due to our error, replacement shipping is covered by us
